Toronto to be a Wi-Fi bubble

TORONTO - Toronto Hydro Telecom will announce its new Wi-Fi strategy today, which marks the telecommunications company's entry into the fixed wireless data market. "It is also the first time Canada's largest municipal electrical utility will compete directly with established carriers for a share in Canada's $8-billion – and growing - wireless market," says the release.
