
TORONTO – Astral’s The Movie Network has launched a street-level campaign at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival with a branded shuttle bus that will take ticket holders on a circuit through official TIFF Festival venues.
Once on board the bus (below), passengers can check out upcoming programming from TMN and HBO Canada, enter a contest for a chance to win a trip to Atlantic City, and take away some branded goodies. This sponsorship with the Festival started Monday and runs through September 18.
“The Movie Network is all about engaging audiences with a premium, multiplatform television experience unlike anything else in Canada,” said Peter Furnish, VP of consumer marketing for Astral Television Networks, in the announcement. “We’re excited to show TIFF’s world-famous film fans the incredible line-up of blockbuster movies and big-name series we’ve got this Fall, like HBO’s acclaimed Boardwalk Empire.”
