TORONTO – TLN Media Group is relocating its corporate and media production headquarters about 20 minutes south to a cultural facility known as the Columbus Centre located in Toronto’s North York region.
Effective this fall, the broadcaster will be one of three cultural organizations located in the Columbus Centre, as owner Villa Charities moves forward with plans to revitalize the campus. Villa Charities Inc. is a registered charity that celebrates and promotes the Italian heritage, culture, language, arts, food and family values.
TLN Media Group’s production facilities and corporate offices will occupy the entire second floor of the Columbus Centre, with approximately 60 staff on-site. Work will begin during the summer to renovate the space.
“The relocation of TLN Media Group headquarters to Toronto’s Italian beacon for the community presents great opportunities”, said president Aldo Di Felice, in the announcement. “Establishing a presence in such a significant and cherished facility allows us to work together to showcase the vibrancy and ever-evolving civic importance of the Columbus Centre. We are thrilled about deepening our relationship with Villa Charities.”
