Third-party ISP Babbl launches in B.C.

RICHMOND, B.C. — A new independent ISP, Babbl Communications, earlier this month launched an early release of its home Internet service in Richmond, Parksville and Nanaimo, British Columbia. The third-party ISP was founded in 2021 by Jason Speers, who is also the company’s president, and a team of telecom professionals.
