The Weather Network launches Apple Watch app

OAKVILLE, ON - The Weather Network and MétéoMédia parent Pelmorex Media Inc. has released an app for Apple Watch that allows users to check localized weather forecasts at a glance.Unveiled Thursday, the app offers current weather conditions, "feels like" temperature and severe weather and storm alerts on the glance screen, while a tap on the glance screen accompanied by an upwards swipe reveals additional information such as wind, humidity, yesterday's high/low and atmospheric pressure.
