The Fight Network completes private placement

TORONTO – A group of Canadian investors led by W. Judson Martin, Martin Goldfarb, Robert Foster and Slaight Communications has infused The Fight Network’s parent company, TFN Global Inc., with financial support through a private placement, according to a media release. No figures were released. Goldfard is a market research consultant and president of CEO of Goldfarb Intelligence Marketing; Martin was CFO of Alliance Atlantis from 1999 until 2005; and Slaight Communications is headed by Gary Slaight.
