BRANDON, Man. – This week, Westman Communications customers had five additional channels added to their digital cable lineups – at no extra charge.
Citytv Winnipeg was added to digital basic, Fox News and Bloomberg TV were added to the News & Views package, Fine Living to its Lifestyle pack and WildTV to Your World.
In December, the company will add five more channels to its lineup: bpm:tv, MuchMoreRetro, MuchVibe, Cool TV and Punch Much.
“As a local co-operative providing cable television and high speed Internet, we’re always working to increase and enhance the products and services we offer to our members,” said Westman president and CEO Dave Baxter. “For example, Westman was among the first cable TV companies in Canada to launch high definition TV programming to its digital subscribers.”
Westman serves approximately 28,000 customers in Brandon and western Manitoba.
