Telus completes network build on Quebec’s Lower North Shore

$23 million project done ahead of time, too BLANC-SABLON, Quebec – Telus announced today the completion of its 4G LTE network expansion to 14 isolated Lower North Shore communities, nearly a year ahead of the targeted completion date (Pictured above is its installation in Harrington Harbour.
