Telus app turns iPad/iPhone into "ultimate" TV remote

VANCOUVER - Why channel surf, when you can channel swipe or tap? Telus has launched its Optik Smart Remote app that turns your iPhone or iPad into the “ultimate” TV control. Optik Smart Remote enables customers to surf through all their content choices on their iPhone, iPad or iPod instead of the onscreen TV guide.
