Telstra hires new director of partnerships for U.S. and Canada

LOS ANGELES — Australian telco Telstra announced today the hiring of Mikoto Anzai (above) to lead key relationships and direct sales in the U.S. and Canada as part of the Australian telecom company’s continued growth of its Americas organization. In the newly created position of director of partners and alliances, Anzai is based in Los Angeles and reports to Przemek Zajic, Telstra Americas vice-president for strategy, operations and partnerships. “Mikoto brings substantial performance-driven partner management and business development experience from 15 years at BT in the Americas,” reads the press release announcing her appointment.
