Teletoon to develop seven new shows

TORONTO – Teletoon has announced agreements to develop seven new animated productions by Canadian producers. Four of the shows will be series, and three are specials. The series are Foolish Girl (CCI Entertainment), about the misadventures of a 17-year-old girl; Iggy Arbuckle Nature Freak (Blueprint Entertainment), about a pig and his beaver sidekick (aimed at 6- to 9-year-olds); Jimmy Two-Shoes (Breakthrough Entertainment), featuring an optimistic protagonist (aimed at kids 10-12); and Road Hogs (Cité-Amérique), an animated “road movie” featuring two teens.
