MONTREAL – Telefilm Canada will fund 56 new media projects through the product assistance component of the Canada New Media Fund (CNMF) for 2009-2010.
The projects selected from across Canada represent a wide range of platforms and genres – from console games and convergent projects, to independent websites and applications for mobile devices Canada.
The CNMF is a national program that provides funding for private sector entrepreneurs. It supports the creation and the distribution of interactive cultural content products through product assistance, sectoral assistance and sectoral development.
