EDMONTON — Super Channel and Flair Airlines, both based in Edmonton, announced today they have partnered to offer the discount airline’s passengers an extensive collection of Super Channel programming inflight, with more than 200 hours of content now available on select routes.
Accessible on Flair’s inflight app, powered by LiFE in the Air, the Super Channel content available to passengers includes “homegrown Canadian content, Hollywood hits like LaLa Land, and intriguing documentaries such as The State of Texas vs. Melissa and Catching a Serial Killer: Bruce McArthur, winner of the 2022 Canadian Screen Award for Best Documentary Program,” reads a Super Channel press release.
Passengers will also be able to sample dramatic TV series include the UK thrillers The Pact, Line of Duty and Hidden Assets, as well as the Canadian Screen Award nominated series The North Water.
“In addition, feel-good family fare like When Calls the Heart and Riverfront Romance ensures there is something for everyone to enjoy enroute to their destination,” the release says.
Flair’s passengers can access the inflight app with their device browser via QR codes onboard or by the updated mobile application here.
