TORONTO – SuicideGirls – the brand that began in a loft in Portland and has grown to encompass a TV show, movies, magazine, books, a clothing line and even a burlesque show – has been added to the nextMEDIA – Monetizing Digital Media session running November 18-19 in Toronto.
Missy Suidice, the co-creator of SuicideGirls, will talk about profit and subscription services. She will look at the different kinds of video subscription services, from cable VOD, online, film, etc.
Also added to the conference is a session on affiliate marketing by Marina Mann, Web Strategy and eMarketing Director/Consultant at marinamann.com, and a special opportunity for screen-based content producers in conjunction with the Ontario Media Development Corp. (OMDC).
The OMDC and NextMEDIA will provide a 50% subsidized pass to the conference to up to eight screen-based content producers from the new media, film and television industries.
The conference takes place at CiRCA in Toronto.
