Stingray expands TV channels and SVOD services with eight OTT providers


MONTREAL — Music service provider and broadcaster Stingray announced Tuesday it’s launching free, ad-supported TV channels and premium subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) services with eight major OTT providers, growing the company’s potential reach to more than 300 million viewers. With this announcement, Stingray is establishing new partnerships with Huawei Video (global), Vizio (U.S.), TiVo Plus (U.S.) and Cliq Digital (U.S.), while also solidifying existing relationships with Samsung (U.S.), izzi (Mexico), XUMO (U.S.) and LG (U.S.).
