Stingray acquires retail data company

MONTREAL — Stingray announced Monday it is acquiring Chatter Research, a Toronto-based company that designs, develops and implements artificial intelligence-driven, real-time customer feedback solutions for retail and hospitality businesses. Chatter’s AI-driven customer insights solutions will become the foundation of Stingray’s research and customer experience services via its Stingray Business division, the company’s news release says.
