Stingray acquires Calm Radio

Summer programming revealed, too MONTREAL — Broadcaster and music service provider Stingray Group today announced it has acquired Calm Radio, the world’s largest music streaming service focused on wellness and relaxation content. Founded in 2009, Calm Radio delivers 500 free channels of relaxation, acoustic, classical, jazz, ambient and contemporary music via its app, as well as more than 1,000 premium HD channels of calming sounds, sleep music, sleep stories, guided meditations and meditation music.
