SSIMWAVE launches Live Monitor to optimize streaming experiences

WATERLOO – SSIMWAVE, a Waterloo-based video quality solutions innovator, announced today it has launched Live Monitor support for SRT (secure reliable transport) protocol to optimize viewer streaming experiences. “Live Monitor enables detection and measurement of viewer experiences in cloud-based transport,” according to a press release. “The SSIMWAVE innovation helps to fill a significant void in video experience monitoring that occurs during cloud-based distribution of streamed content.
