TORONTO – Rogers Sportsnet announced today it has added 15 more Toronto Blue Jays road games to its Sportsnet HD schedule beginning with a trip to Cleveland to face the Indians Saturday, May 14 at 1 p.m. (ET).
That brings the channel’s total HD events between May and the end of August to 107.
The 15 road games added to the Sportsnet HD schedule feature:
* Three against the Boston Red Sox (July 1-3)
* Three versus the Baltimore Orioles (August 12-14)
* Two against the New York Yankees (August 22 and 25)
With the additional 15 games in high definition, Sportsnet HD now features a total of 64 Jays games for the 2005 season.
The Sportsnet HD summer schedule includes more than just Blue Jays action. Other high definition highlights for May, June, July and August include:
* A maximum of 11 NBA Playoff games in May
* 42 MLB games
* MLB Homerun Derby – Monday, July 11 @ 8 p.m. (ET)
* MLB All-Star Game – Tuesday, July 12 at 8 p.m. (ET)
