ORGANIZERS OF THE UPCOMING Future of TV Advertising Canada online conference announced today some of the speakers who will be appearing at the event, to be held on Wednesday, Sept. 29.
This year’s conference “brings together leading brands and agencies to consider their media priorities for 2021-22 and explore how advances in TV advertising can help them achieve their objectives,” reads an email announcement from London, UK-based Mediatel Events.
Confirmed speakers include Maryann Rusnak, senior brand media strategy and planning lead at Expedia, and Stuart Garvie, CEO of GroupM Canada, who “will be among those exploring what brands are thinking in Canada today and how that translates into media strategy,” reads the email.
Lindsey Talbot, chief investment officer at GroupM Canada, will join a discussion about “next steps in TV attribution and optimisation that, among other things, looks at how a better understanding of exposure can be used to optimise campaigns inflight to improve reach, frequency or message sequencing.”
Anita Boyle-Evans, vice-president of client services at Numeris, in conversation with TV marketing and research association ThinkTV, will discuss the impact of Numeris’s cross-platform video audience measurement (VAM) solution on marketers who are “looking to improve their KPIs and assess each medium accurately, and on publishers looking to fully monetise their media investment with highly fragmented audiences,” the announcement says.
