Source Cable makes $100,000 donation to JRDF in support of diabetes research

HAMILTON - Source Cable staff along with about 90 students from Hillfield Strathallan College participated in the Ride for Diabetes Research this past Thursday at Jackson Square in Hamilton. Following the event Source Cable made a $100,000 donation to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JRDF) on behalf of its owner and president Dan Campbell. The foundation’s mission is to find a cure for type 1 diabetes (T1D) and its complications through the support of research. In Canada alone 300,000 people live with type 1 diabetes.
