Smartphone ownership nearly double of regular cell phones, says MTM report

OTTAWA – Smartphone usage is booming, and the type of smartphone you buy has an effect on how you view streaming data. Those are just two findings from a couple of new reports released this week by MTM on mobile phones in Canada. The new Mobile Phone report examines the smartphone boom, market trends and wireless providers; a second report, Streaming Media on Smartphones, looks at the use of audio, video and television on smartphones.
