SiriusXM Canada celebrates International Country Music Day

TORONTO – SiriusXM Canada is celebrating International Country Music Day today by launching Women of Country, a limited-run channel featuring stars including Carrie Underwood, Dolly Parton and Mickey Guyton. Subscribers can listen in on channel 105 from today through Sept. 23, a SiriusXM Canada spokesperson told Cartt.ca in an email. SiriusXM Canada has recently been supporting country music in Canada through the SiriusXM Top of the Country competition in partnership with the Canadian Country Music Association. The competition’s three finalists will perform at Country Music Week 2021 in London, Ontario where SiriusXM will crown a winner, the spokesperson said.
