TORONTO and State College, PA - C-COR announced today that Sigma Systems has purchased a joint interest in the intellectual property rights of C-COR's Service Provisioning Manager and Service Activation Manager products. The companies will jointly own product intellectual property rights and Sigma will assume customer licensing and maintenance contracts as well as offer current customers the choice of remaining on the existing C-COR product platform or migrating to the Sigma platform.
