Sienko to receive lifetime achievement award from OAB

MARKHAM - Target Broadcast Sales founder Richard Sienko will receive a lifetime achievement award from the Ontario Association of Broadcasters.After a nomination process, the OAB board awards the honour to individuals who have brought distinction or have made major contributions to the broadcasting industry. Sienko (pictured) began his career in broadcasting with Radio & Television Representatives (RTVR) in 1955, and quickly moved up the ranks to become EVP of Tele Capitale Unicom.
