Shaw to provide voice services to City of Calgary

CALGARY – Shaw Communications has signed a three-year agreement to provide the City of Calgary with local telephone services and an advanced custom 311 configuration. The new contract, which will complement Shaw's existing agreement for the delivery of data services, will service the City's three main locations of City Hall, Manchester and Whitehorn with more than 8,000 direct inward dial numbers and a call routing and management platform for the City's 311 services.
