CALGARY – Shaw Business has launched SmartWiFi 300 and Business Internet 300 — two new Internet plans designed to provide faster speeds and the unlimited data that businesses need to run their operations while keeping more of their customers’ devices connected.
Business Internet 300 offers download speeds of up to 300 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 30 Mbps, making it easier for business employees to share files through cloud storage services, video conference with colleagues and operate point of sale systems more effectively, the company said Tuesday. The plan is available at a promotional rate of $110 per month on a three-year contract for new customers, or month-to-month for $175 per month.
SmartWiFi 300 takes this functionality further by providing an enterprise-grade WiFi solution that also gives owners insight into customer trends, allowing them to engage with their clientele in new ways by delivering targeted messages and special offers directly to their smartphones, tablets and laptops.
It also provides three separate networks – for businesses, guests, and Shaw customers, plus monitors and limits bandwidth usage so that data-heavy users do not impact overall service. SmartWiFi 300 is available at a promotional rate of $125 per month on a three-year term for new customers, or at the regular rate of $165 per month on a one year term.
