'Senior Star' final airs on VisionTV

TORONTO - Why should the kids get all the fun? Senior Star 2011 will air on VisionTV on March 27 at 9pm ET/6pm PT. Now in its 5th year, Senior Star is a talent competition where the average age of the competitors is 77. Almost 1,500 auditions in more than 50 regional competitions were held last year, yielding over 120 finalists. The first and second place finishers in those competitions were considered by the celebrity judges for eligibility as one of ten positions in the national final.
