SCTE rolls out "Business Class" training course for operators

EXTON, PA - The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) is launching a comprehensive training and certification program designed to support the rollout of higher-margin business services by cable system operators. The Business Class Services Specialist (BCSS) course and certification have been created to address the need for experienced field technicians who can perform and troubleshoot installations for the fast-growing business services market.
