SCTE promotes three, expands technical expertise

EXTON, PA – The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) has promoted three members of its organizational team as part of an effort to meet the growing needs of its members, cable system operators, programmers and vendors.Derek DiGiacomo, Steve Harris and Tom Russell all have been promoted to the newly created positions of senior director and will assume additional responsibility for industry outreach and program creation.As senior director, information systems and energy management programs, DiGiacomo will assume responsibility for SCTE’s Smart Energy Management Initiative (SEMI); Harris, as senior director, advanced network technologies, will have increased business development and content creation...
