
EXTON, PA – The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE), along with its global brand, the International Society of Broadband Experts (ISBE), is calling for papers and presentations for technical sessions to be conducted during Cable-Tec Expo 2018, which is set for October 22 – 25 in Atlanta.
The Expo 2018 program committee has suggested the 10 preferred subject areas or tracks:
– Wireline access network
– Wireless access network
– Internet of Things
– Digitizing the customer experience
– Virtualization and cloud
– Operational transformation
– Business services
– Video services
– Virtual reality and augmented reality
– Security
Each submission must be entered separately by March 30, and the program committee will announce selected papers and presentations by April 30. Selected participants will then be required to complete and submit an electronic version of their paper and associated PowerPoint presentation by July 27, 2018 for inclusion in the SCTE•ISBE Cable-Tec Expo 2018 Fall Technical Forum Proceedings.
