EXTON, Pa. – The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers announced Wednesday that it has introduced two members-only affinity programs to benefit the group’s more than 15,000 members.
“These exciting programs will provide SCTE members with terrific buying power,” said SCTE vice-president, membership services Mark John. “Members will be able to purchase consumer electronics and personal communication devices while experiencing significant SCTE member discounts.”
IntechAV is the administrator for a number of consumer audio and video manufacturers’ corporate buying programs, offering product lines from companies including Samsung, Philips, Bose, and Sony.
Motorola has invited SCTE members to participate in the Motorola Preferred Partner Program, offering SCTE members a fixed 15% discount off Motorola consumer products and accessories.
Access to the SCTE affinity programs is obtained through the members-only section of the SCTE website, www.scte.org.
