SCTE Canadian Summit 2012: Clearcable, Calix team up on FTTP services

TORONTO - Clearcable Networks has announced a flow-through integration of its Nomad Management System (NOMS) with the Calix E7 Ethernet Service Access Platforms for advanced fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) solutions. Clearcable’s NOMS is a comprehensive and versatile interface for enabling automated provisioning of network elements including cable modems, embedded multimedia terminal adapters, optical network units, and softswitches directly from customer management and billing systems.
