SaskTel’s SecurTek purchases 1,300 new accounts

REGINA – SaskTel-owned SecurTek Monitoring Solutions will spend about $1.1 million to acquire approximately 1,300 customer accounts from security monitoring providers in Saskatchewan and Alberta.SecurTek said Thursday that it will buy 151 customer accounts from Detect Security in Prince Albert, 296 accounts from Astro Systems in Calgary, 225 accounts from AE Security also based in Calgary, and 631 accounts from Armax Security in Edmonton.“SecurTek’s latest customer acquisitions support our strategy of expanding our market reach and growing our business for the future,” said SaskTel president and CEO, Ron Styles, in the announcement. “SecurTek is in a strong financial position and has...
