SaskTel sheds Hospitality Network in return to core business

REGINA – SaskTel has agreed to sell the Hospitality Network for $36.6 million to the private equity investment management company PFM Capital Inc.Hospitality Network provides managed communication and entertainment solutions for the Canadian healthcare market, including Canada’s largest hospitals and Seniors Care Homes.“SaskTel is pleased with this agreement and that the new owners have indicated they will continue to have HN’s head office in Regina,” said president and CEO Ron Styles, in the announcement. “SaskTel will continue to focus on our core business of providing Saskatchewan residents with leading edge communications services.”The sale is expected to close by January 31,...
