REGINA – Residents of Aquadeo Beach, Mervin, Mission Lake and Fort San are the latest rural subscribers now able to access high speed interNET Extended 5 and interNET Extended 10 from SaskTel.

High speed interNET Extended 5 offers download speeds of up to 5 Mbps while High Speed interNET Extended 10 offers download speeds of up to 10 Mbps.  Both packages include unlimited usage, free installation, in-home Wi-Fi, spam and email virus filtering.

This expansion is part of SaskTel’s commitment to invest $301 million in capital in Saskatchewan in 2017/18 and over $1.4 billion through 2018-2023.

“We’re committed to bringing fast and reliable communications services to the people who live and work throughout our province,” said acting SaskTel president and CEO Doug Burnett, in the news release.  “With interNET Extended service our customers have all the bandwidth they’ll need to surf, stream and download as much content as they want.”
