SaskTel doubles Internet speeds in 10 more communities

REGINA – SaskTel has announced plans to boost Internet speeds in ten more rural communities across the province.Codette, Davidson, Debden, Frontier, Grenfell, Ogema, Rapid View, Rhein, Waldheim, and Weldon now have access to the company’s High Speed Advanced Internet, which offers download speeds of up to 10 Mbps, as well as its High Speed Basic Internet service.  SaskTel’s High Speed Internet includes unlimited usage, free installation, in-home Wi-Fi, spam and email virus filtering, plus 24/7 helpdesk support.“The Government of Saskatchewan recognizes that rural communities need access to High Speed Internet” said Jim Reiter, Minister Responsible for SaskTel, in the news release....
