REGINA – SaskTel expanded its interNET 50 to a dozen more communities this week as it continues to upgrade its Internet services across the province.

Offering download speeds of up to 50 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 10 Mbps, the company said that its new service tier provides the fastest Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) services available in Saskatchewan.  interNET 50 is available now in Canora, Esterhazy, Humboldt, Kamsack, Kindersley, Martensville, Meadow Lake, Melville, Nipawin, Rosetown, Tisdale, and Warman.

With the introduction of interNET 50, residents and businesses in all 12 communities have a variety of SaskTel interNET packages to choose from with download speeds ranging from 5-50 Mbps.  All interNET packages also come with unlimited usage, in-home Wi-Fi, and 24/7 helpdesk support.

“We understand that our customers value speed over nearly everything else when it comes to their internet connection and with our new interNET 50 service, we can deliver faster DSL internet than ever before,” said president and CEO Doug Burnett, in the news release.
