SaskTel adds channels, movies

REGINA – SaskTel's MAX TV customers can now subscribe to CNBC and MSNBC and see Universal Pictures movies on demand. The provincial telco, which has approximately 45,000 digital TV customers on its vDSL network, today announced that it has entered a multi-year distribution agreement with NBC Universal Cable (NBCUC) to add the two U.S. cable channels to MAX TV and Universal Pictures' films to the Max Front Row video-on-demand service.
