SaskTel adds $50 million to its rural fibre build plan; seeks partners to expand further

REGINA – SaskTel today announced it will invest an additional $50 million in its rural fibre initiative, bringing its total investment to $100 million this year and next. The new investment will bring fibre optic broadband to 30,000 residents in 24 more rural Saskatchewan communities than previously planned by the end of 2023, says the company’s announcement.
