Sandvine reports strong Q4 results as stock soars; adds O’Carroll to board

WATERLOO- Sandvine has reported revenues of $27.5 million U.S. in its fourth quarter, up 31% from the same period a year earlier. The company’s shares jumped 9.6% on Thursday closing at $1.70. Sandvine attributes its success in part to the development of solutions that enable ISPs to create new methods of charging for increased bandwidth usage.
