MISSISSAUGA – Samsung Electronics Canada is expanding its Canadian retail footprint with two new individual Samsung Experience stores and 90 new Samsung Experience shops.
The company said this week that the new standalone brand stores will open in Edmonton and Richmond, while the Samsung Experience shops will be in partnership with Best Buy Canada and Future Shop. All retail locations are scheduled to open by spring 2014.
Both the Samsung Experience stores and Samsung Experience shops allow consumers to experience the company's full range of mobile products including smartphones, tablets, laptops, connected cameras and accessories, all in one location, assisted by a team of "experience consultants".
"We are expanding our retail presence to ensure consumers get the most out of our innovation by learning how to leverage their mobile devices across our ecosystem of consumer electronics”, said James Politeski, president of Samsung Electronics Canada, in the news release. “Consumers nationwide will now have convenient access to explore and learn about our portfolio of mobile products, with the support of a trained Samsung Experience Consultant."
