Ross Video marks 40 years with fresh look

IROQUOIS, ON – After 40 years, Ross Video has rolled out a new look that includes a new corporate logo and the tagline ‘Production Technology Experts’ which it says is designed to better represent the company’s expanded product portfolio and global footprint.

CEO David Ross said that the new logo reflects the signature of company founder (and his father) John Ross who signs his name with an underline, noting that the stroke under the logo represents both John’s signature as well as the “forward momentum that began back in 1974 when he sold his airplane to raise the seed money to start this amazing company”.

He added that a new logo marks the company’s growth and the evolution of its product portfolio which began with only video production switchers and now encompasses a range of video production technology and services.
 
“Ross is a leader in so many areas of production technology now,” continued Ross, in the news release. “We are known for graphic systems, automation, control systems, infrastructure products, robotic camera systems, social media management, newsroom systems and most recently, mobile video production with the acquisition of Ross MCP. It was time to recognize all these changes with an updated look – while also recognizing a big milestone – Ross’ 40th anniversary.”
