Ronan Kelly announced as keynote speaker for Canadian ISP Summit


TORONTO — Competitive Network Operators of Canada (CNOC) announced today Ronan Kelly (above), chief technology officer for the EMEA region at Adtran, will deliver a keynote speech at the 2022 Canadian ISP Summit, taking place Oct. 18-19 at the Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre.

“Having deployed next-generation access networks, IPTV platforms, micro & mmwave radio networks, combining his technical knowledge with his telecoms business experience, Ronan assists some of the world’s largest operators achieve market success,” reads an email announcing Kelly as a speaker for this year’s ISP Summit.

Kelly has served as president of FTTH Council Europe for several terms and at the board level with INEX and the New IP Agency, according to his bio on the conference’s website. He is currently an Australian Altnet advisory board member.

“Dedicated to developing Adtran as a global leader in open, Software Defined, Access networks, he is a passionate advocate for equality and diversity and sustainability in the workplace,” his bio reads.
