Roman, Waters, named lifetime award winners by OAB

MARKHAM - Duff Roman and Jim Waters are the 2010 Lifetime Achievement Award recipients as selected by the Ontario Association of Broadcasters (OAB).The award honours an individual, (or two, as is the case this year), who has brought distinction to, or has made major contributions to the broadcasting industry.
