Roku using Quibi content to launch Roku Originals

SAN JOSE, Calif. and TORONTO — Today, Roku Inc. announced the content acquired when it bought short-form streamer Quibi in January is now being rebranded as “Roku Originals” and will be launched on The Roku Channel soon. Also, going forward, Roku Originals will be the brand name for all future original programming for The Roku Channel, the home of free, ad-supported entertainment on the Roku platform.
