
LOS GATOS, CA – Amazon Prime Video is now available on the Roku streaming platform in Canada.
Prime Video offers Roku customers easy access to a popular collection of movies, TV episodes as well as exclusive original series, all available to instantly stream at no additional cost to a Prime or Prime Video membership.
Popular titles now available in HD and 4K HDR include the recently released Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan starring John Krasinski, Emmy and Golden Globe winner The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, American Gods and new seasons of favorites like The Grand Tour, The Man in the High Castle and Goliath, starring Golden Globe winner Billy Bob Thornton.
Customers can also look forward to upcoming Prime Original series like Homecoming, starring Julia Roberts and directed by Sam Esmail (creator of Mr. Robot) which will arrive at Prime Video on November 2.
Roku users will be able to access Prime Video by selecting it from the Roku Channel store found on their TV home screen. Prime Video is available for Roku 2 (except for models 2720x and 27020EU), Roku 3 (except for model 4230x), Roku Express, Roku Express+, Roku Streaming Stick (except for models 3400x, 3500x and 3500EU), Roku Streaming Stick+, Roku Premiere, Roku Premiere+ and Roku Ultra as well as Roku TVs.
