TORONTO – Much of the Rogers Communications technical staff found out for sure today that they will be the ones filling the company's new building in Brampton.In October of 2005, Rogers paid Nortel $100 million for the telecom gear manufacturer's one-million-square-foot former headquarters. Brampton, a city just north of Mississauga, is actually the town where Ted Rogers got his start in cable.So far, about 300 Rogers IT staffers are already working there, but 3,400 more from network technology, IT and call centre staff will be moving there in the coming months.
