Rogers' Mike Lee to co-chair CTAM summit

ALEXANDRA, VA. – The Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) has announced that Mike Lee, Chief Strategy Officer with Rogers Communications, and ESPN Marketing Senior Vice-President Katie Lacey will co-chair the CTAM Summit 08.
