Rogers loses Harper to gas company

TORONTO – Bill Harper, Rogers Communications' vice-president and chief procurement officer is going coastal. The Pacific Gas and Electric Company, of San Francisco, Calif., announced today it has hired Harper as vice-president of strategic sourcing and operations support, effective August 21.
